Purpose
These terms govern the jet ski rentals and guided excursions offered by CaraibesWatersports in Saint-Martin.
Booking
All bookings are made directly with CaraibesWatersports, by phone or email. Once your slot is confirmed by our team, a secure payment link is sent to you. Payment for the outing must be made before departure. No payment is processed online via the website itself: the site is only used to forward your request.
Access and riding conditions
Riding is open from age 16. ID is required. A safety briefing is mandatory before every departure. Maximum capacity: 2 people per jet ski. Minors under 16 may come along as passengers, accompanied by a responsible adult, within the seat limit.
Cancellation and weather
Cancellation by the customer: a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled date and time is required to cancel or reschedule free of charge. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the outing is non-refundable. Weather cancellation: if conditions do not allow us to guarantee your safety, CaraibesWatersports may cancel the outing at any time, free of charge. In that case, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another slot of your choice.
Safety and liability
The customer agrees to follow the safety instructions given during the briefing and local maritime regulations. Equipment is serviced and checked before every outing. The applicable insurance terms are provided to the customer before departure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Martin.
